Okay - I admit it. The advertisers have suckered me into buying Johnson's Holiday Sun

I have very fair skin, and I only have to be out in the sun for a short time and I turn that rather attractive shade of lobster red. After watching several friends use it rather successfully, and the fact that my sister's wedding is looming large on the horizon, I decided to buy a bottle and give it a whirl. Hmm - it went on really well, and made my skin feel very soft. BUT.....it stinks!! When I first put it on I didn't notice the smell, but after about 30 mins I was aware of a slightly odd fragrance. It took me a few moments to realise that it was coming from my skin and that it was the lotion. All I can say is that Johnson's definitely need to work on that, otherwise they could find sales dropping off quickly. I've also had words with my friends for not warning me about the smell!!!

It's the same smell in most fake tan products. It's really odd and I haven't a clue what it is, but it must be an important ingrediant because they all smell of it. I suppose it's better than damaging your skin though x zoe x
